The Himalayan Odyssey is set to begin on the 17th of October in Kathmandu, Nepal and conclude on the 1st of November in Kolkata (Calcutta), India. This spiritual adventure is 16 days and 15-nights in duration.
Our journey will take us to the following places:
In Nepal: Kathmandu, Bandipur, Pokhara, Chitwan National Park and Dhulikhel
In India: New Delhi, Darjeeling and Kolkata (Calcutta)
Enrollment Fees
The cost per person is USD3,375 based on double occupancy. Fees cover, for the duration of the program:
- the international flight from Kathmandu, Nepal to New Delhi, India
- the 2 domestic flights within India (Delhi to Bagdogra/Darjeeling) and (Bagdogra/Darjeeling to Kolkata)
- accommodations (double occupancy), hotels range from 5-star to rustic Himalayan properties
- breakfast, lunch and dinner meals (all vegetarian) that are ordered by the trip coordinator
- Vedic Odyssey classes, tuition and group excursions
- entrance fees to all monuments during group excursions; group jungle safari treks on elephants; Chitwan National Park fees; jeep and coach transportation
- complimentary taxi will be provided from our hotel in Kolkata to Kolkata International airport, at the completion of the program.
Participants are responsible to provide their own air travel arrangements to Kathmandu, Nepal and from Kolkata, India. Prices also do not include personal incidentals, beverages, laundry and optional private excursions.
Prices are based on cost, international airfares and exchange rates at time of publication and are subject to change.
How to Enroll
In order to apply for the 2010 Himalayan Odyssey you need to complete an application form which can be acquired by e-mailing info@vedicodyssey.com. Enrollment occurs upon approval of your application by Vedic Odyssey. Vedic Odyssey reserves the right to qualify which applicants may or may not participate. Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
